I collect basic information about visitors via CloudFront logs, like IP address and referrer header. This information is retained for a maximum of 1 month before being permanently deleted. I keep it in order to see roughly how many people (and bots) visit this site.

No one, because I don’t think that’s a good thing to monetise.

This is a static site. I don’t think there’s any way for your data to be breached unless AWS gets hacked somehow?
